The Menu can be ordered between the 23rd of December and the 5th of January and must be ordered a day in advance
Chef's Choice Menu:
First serving (sharing starters): 1. Beef cheeks rendang croquette 2. Warm potatoes and green beans salad with peanut satay sauce, sweet soy, laoganma and rice chips 3. Crispy kale with vegan basil mayo 4. White fish larb ceviche with rice crackers
Second serving (individual bao): Crispy softshell crab with spicy teriyaki mayo, fried dill, togarashi
Third serving (individual main course with sharing side dish): Dry aged duck breast with Massaman curry, morning glory with Cucumber salad & Jasmine rice
Sweet ending (dessert): Yuzu yogurt whipped cream with apple and cherry compote, almond tuille

Second serving (individual bao): Portobello panko with truffle mayo, radish pickle and dill
Third serving (individual main course with sharing side dish): Vegan rendang curry style with celeriac, potatoes, and vegetable with Cucumber salad & Jasmine rice
